- Grama Niladhari certificate confirming that you have not been married again
- A certificate from the Grama Niladhari confirming that the vehicle in question is not involved in any case
- Other interested parties must express their desire before the Grama Niladhari and sing a document for this purpose

- Land rehabilitation plan
- Declaration of land rehabilitation certified by the Grama Niladhari
- If gravel mining has been carried out on other lands previously, related report on such activities
