The Vikasita Siyapatha Regional Literary Arts Festival organized by the Vavuniya South Divisional Secretariat with the support of the Department of Cultural Affairs of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports and Youth Affairs of the Northern Province was held on 23 November 2022 at the Divisional Secretariat Auditorium.
